    v0.1.5 — running flapping fixed, first-turn visibility, clear-button removal.

    • Hysteresis: a time_updated change starts/extends a 5-min running window; a new terminal turn row ends running at once — no more flapping during long thinking phases.
    • Brand-new first turns are now visible (lock evidence + 1 h lookback; the title pin only lands after the first turn completes).
    • Clear button removed (hidden section with per-row unhide remains, renders only when non-empty).

    v0.1.4 — churn-based running, refresh-rate menu, hidden-section gating.

    • No running-linger after completion: freshness requires time_updated to keep changing between polls; finished turns drop out of Running on the next refresh.
    • Refresh interval in the header: 1/2/3/5/10 s or off (persisted; off shows a manual refresh-now button).
    • Hidden section renders only when non-empty — no dead unhide all button; the button stays for bulk restore.
    • Lint: R0914 join the module disables (restores green; see PR #5).

    v0.1.3 — header clear, page-size "all", live running detection.

    • Clear button lives in the header as "Clear completed/failed" — running sessions stay visible.
    • Page-size selector gains "all"; empty sections render nothing (no stray footer text).
    • Live running detection: turns in flight now show running — via a held dispatcher lock for the session's cwd (PID-checked) or a fresh session.time_updated (< 90 s). Fixes "—" on new turns and stale completed on steered ones.

    v0.1.2 — notification mute switch + session deep links.

    • Header toggle for zcode-dispatch desktop notifications (marker file honored by zcode-dispatch >= v0.1.6); state syncs on every refresh.
    • Click a session title to open it in ZCode — spawns open_session.sh (task-index seeding + workspace deep link), with a zcode:// browser fallback if the helper is missing.

    v0.1.1 — hidden section, pagination, sorting.

    • Hidden sessions get their own dashboard subsection (per-row unhide + unhide-all) instead of a global restore button only.
    • All tables (running/history/hidden) paginate with a page-size selector (10/20/50/100) and first/prev/next/last controls; view state survives the auto-refresh.

    v0.1.0 — first release of the zcode-dispatch observatory.

    A live local dashboard for zcode-dispatch sessions:

    • Running + History sections with pinned static title, cwd, turn counts, token totals, models and live turn status (3 s auto-refresh — no manual reload)
    • Clear view hides the listed sessions locally (observatory-state.json); Restore hidden brings them back — the ZCode database is never modified (strictly read-only, mode=ro)
    • Dispatcher sessions are identified by their pinned static titles (title_source='custom', zcode-dispatch >= v0.1.2)
    • Stdlib only, binds to 127.0.0.1:8767 by default (--db/--host/--port)

    Round PPP — 🔥 FULL SPEED (the do-not-slow-down override: soft-throttle emission suppression, honest quota surfaces, restart-proof, both header modes; the dispatcher exit-7 hard layer untouched and boundary-audited), the S-47 running-row glow on a churn-stable keyed renderer, the favorites dock as a never-filtered anchor (⊘ not-in-filter state), and the unread filter lane-gate topology leg (one predicate: count, launcher, filter).     Three folds:

    • S-46: ideal-window button PARITY — slim ⧉ and full-header ⧉ ride ONE shared idealWindowAction (open from none, snap + focus, self-snap inside the popup).
    • S-47: running rows POP — pink badge (--pink #f27fb8) + subtle pink row tint; mint returns to healthy/idle.
    • B-65: percent USED, displayed REMAINING — every real-window surface shows remaining = 100 − used with the applet’s exact credit-mirror arithmetic (owner-verified: API 32 % → 67, 44 % → 55); reasoning stays on used semantics.

    Every composer branch keeps the owner's words.

    The live defect (2026-10-13): three consecutive steers typed against a “queued position 3/3” target vanished on Enter — no echo, no pending chip, no store entry, composer cleared. The 409 queue-cap branch read an undeclared binding, threw into the catch after dropping the optimistic echo, and the catch cleared the composer.

    The fix: the refusal keeps the message as a durable ⚠ error chip with Retry; the composer empties only when the submitted text is durably rendered (echo alive or confirmed-into-DB tombstone) and never over a newer draft typed in flight; the catch names where the words are. Rig-proven: zero void windows under churn, API-down keeps the words, Retry delivers after recovery.
