    v0.1.6 — notification mute switch + open_session.sh drift fix.

    Changes

    • Mute switch: while ~/.config/zcode-dispatch/notifications-muted exists (env ZCODE_DISPATCH_MUTE_FILE overrides), no STARTED/completion notifications spawn. Toggle it conveniently from the observatory dashboard. Live-verified: muted runs complete normally with zero notify processes.
    • open_session.sh: fixed station-version drift — it called show_new_astra.py (absent in release installs, so the task-index seed silently never ran) and carried German texts; now calls show_sessions.py.
