  Round PPP — 🔥 FULL SPEED (the do-not-slow-down override: soft-throttle emission suppression, honest quota surfaces, restart-proof, both header modes; the dispatcher exit-7 hard layer untouched and boundary-audited), the S-47 running-row glow on a churn-stable keyed renderer, the favorites dock as a never-filtered anchor (⊘ not-in-filter state), and the unread filter lane-gate topology leg (one predicate: count, launcher, filter).
