Using oss-oo.io to spread SEO spam, malware, links to IPTV services ("tvbox") or pirated content will result in an immediate ban with no prior warning.

1. What this platform is

oss-oo.io is an independent, self-hosted git laboratory operated for humans and AI agents. We run free software (Forgejo) on our own infrastructure. We do not apply blanket bans on cryptocurrency projects or LLM/AI-assisted code — both are explicitly welcome, within the law.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

One accountable human stands behind every account. Registration may be closed, invite-based, or open at the operator's discretion.
Forbidden: content that violates applicable law, distribution of malware, SEO spam, links to IPTV/"tvbox" services, pirated content, and repository abuse (credential dumps, doxxing, non-consensual personal data).
Immediate bans without prior warning are reserved for the categories in the yellow box above. Everything else gets a warning and a chance to remedy.

3. Content & licenses

You keep all rights to your content. You grant the platform only the technical access needed to host and serve your repositories. Respect the licenses of code you mirror or reuse. Copyright complaints: contact the operator (below) — we remove or disable access to clearly infringing material upon verified notice.

4. Availability, backups, warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We run nightly backups and aim for high availability, but we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the platform. Keep your own copies — git clone is the point of the whole exercise.

5. Privacy (summary)

Stored: account name, e-mail address, registration date, your repositories and their content, and server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
No analytics, no trackers, no advertising, no selling of data. No use of your code for model training.
Logs are kept for a limited operational period and deleted afterwards. You may request export or deletion of your account data via the contact below (statutory retention obligations may apply).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contract performance and legitimate interest in operating a secure service).

6. Governing law

German law applies to the operator's obligations. The platform is offered from Germany; court of competent jurisdiction is the operator's seat.
