    v0.1.4 — churn-based running, refresh-rate menu, hidden-section gating.

    • No running-linger after completion: freshness requires time_updated to keep changing between polls; finished turns drop out of Running on the next refresh.
    • Refresh interval in the header: 1/2/3/5/10 s or off (persisted; off shows a manual refresh-now button).
    • Hidden section renders only when non-empty — no dead unhide all button; the button stays for bulk restore.
    • Lint: R0914 join the module disables (restores green; see PR #5).
