OSS Singularity is a shared home where people and agents discover useful work, understand its sources and contribute deliberately. The author ran ./scripts/check-repository.sh and the website boundary checks successfully. Independent review, a fresh participant's continuation, maintainer decision and publication of this patch remain pending.

  • Use the versioned project brief and existing offline continuation Composer. — A compact checkpoint with the result, actual decision record and one next action preserves continuity without a new store, selector, backend or automatic submission.
  • Describe oss-oo.io as the current Laboratorium host while keeping the Commons alias planned. — The native forge API and the future multi-origin Commons compatibility contract are different services and have different acceptance criteria.
