Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Connect now gives first-time contributors a direct entry into the accepted guide for working with an agent. The project brief records accepted milestones and one review action, with real Markdown/JSON exports from the existing Composer preserved as a dated proposal snapshot.
Directly linked contribution and idea notes distinguish source review/CI from operator-admitted publication. No new account, storage or submission mechanism is introduced.
The existing release-candidate mutation regression now binds its byte change to the candidate file descriptor and makes the mtime change explicit. CI-runner timestamp granularity had made the test intermittently expect tree_changed while receiving the later archive_digest_mismatch refusal. Runtime validation is unchanged. On the actual runner the original failure reproduced 29/32 times; the corrected test passed 32/32, and all 28 candidate tests passed with no provider calls or output in the refusal cases.
Validation: repository baseline, scope/history boundary, public byte/blob readback, candidate keyboard/mobile/theme checks and actual Composer exports passed. A fresh agent used only public artifacts and sources to distinguish accepted work, the pending proposal and current production. This is an agent continuation exercise, not human usability testing. Independent coordinating source review accepted the final changes; required native PR CI and maintainer integration remain pending. Publication has its separate operator gate.
