Add an offline continuation brief for shared projects

A project can now prepare its next handoff at /lab/#continue-project: purpose, results and reported acceptance, decisions, dated sources, predecessor, and one next action with its permission. A Connect step links to the composer. Explicit dates produce deterministic Markdown and JSON exports, and missing acceptor attribution cannot silently become accepted work. The form keeps no persistent state and makes no backend requests.

Independent native review approved exact head acd02267 after adversarial Markdown-export corrections. Validation: 15 controller/export tests, the full repository baseline, and 27 real headless-browser steps passed at the final commit; served controller bytes match Git. Reader exercises remain bound to unchanged illustrative exports. Browser coverage uses emulation, not a physical device; dates are format-checked. Publication remains a separate operation after protected integration.
