    The quota guardian speaks on the deck (round HHHH, the A4-parallel surface companion). H1 the pace display (the controller own view + the derived runway to the floor, self-labeled); H2 the reserve line (discipline vs effective floor, exists/spent + margin); H3 the three states (on-pace quiet, parked-by-guardian with lanes+why+horizon, owner-reserve the FULL SPEED override) plus stale/not-armed honesty and the S3 placeholder.     The starvation watch aggregates every family root (the honest silence basis); the bell now rings only the gen-N MASTER LINE conductors when present, not all 45 live lane roots. All-roots fallback for fleets without a genesis line.

    G1 — the hammer's eyes (#42): the 🔨 probe and kill path adopt the CCCC liveliness machinery — /proc sid-discovery resolves a dispatcher driving the session by name (--resume / --out sessionId, install-independent, same surgical proof) when no scanned lock names the cwd, and a live app-server owning the session's cwd is SEE-ONLY evidence for the desktop-driven master shape. GUARANTEE ONE unchanged: seeing ≠ killing.

    G2 — the master's true name (#43): genesis birth metadata takes precedence over shape-derived heuristics; the gen-N MASTER LINE (MASTERBRAIN in the pinned staticTitle) anchors ⚡️🧠 directly — rendered pure on every surface. Rank is not birth — spawned-with-papa does not a pinky make.

    Round DDDD (#41 receipt-chasing family, last seam): the drawer waiting list is receipt-keyed — a queued item whose send-ack receipt landed leaves the waiting list with NO dispatcher sweep (its stream-pending twin is the sweep private cleanup; a dead dispatcher never removes it). The whole waiting-deriving family keys together (queued_steer_counts/FIFO grace, session_info pendingSteers, the sessions payload row chips); no prompt file reads unproven and stays listed; never-delivered items stay carried (queued with age, or parked via the CCCC machinery). 15 new suite legs + E2E acceptance rig (G1/G2) + full suite 1474 green + Super-Linter green on the final tree.

    Hotfix within the CCCC round: the storm-cluster refinement anchored on the bell's delivered_at — casualty C's bell rang 31,000 s late, so the REAL SSE-storm trio read as three unrelated deaths. The death basis is the spawn stamp; B and C (7 min apart) now carry storm-class.

    The doctrine lands (#39/#40/#41): aliveness is proved by LIFE (liveliness-first /proc detection — never presumed-dead while a process carries the turn; run·thinking riding the Laufzeit), the unrecorded dead get honest names (bell-ledger/kill-log/storm-cluster derived states; lost (no record)), and displays chase their receipts (the fingerprint_core join — a delivered steer can never render pending beside its own receipt).
