    Hotfix within the CCCC round: the storm-cluster refinement anchored on the bell's delivered_at — casualty C's bell rang 31,000 s late, so the REAL SSE-storm trio read as three unrelated deaths. The death basis is the spawn stamp; B and C (7 min apart) now carry storm-class.
