Mission 1 — steer #51, the tilde fix. A literal ~ in ZDO_GENESIS_ENV_FILE never sourced: the fixed spawn script sources "$ZDO_GENESIS_ENV_FILE" inside bash -c, and bash never tilde-expands inside a quoted variable — the newborn dispatcher ran without its full env (Brain-A³ root cause). Fixed with os.path.expanduser() at BOTH sites: the env read (the module constant — the default itself carries ~/…) and the argv funnel (the --setenv write site, the only surface that carries the path). The tilde rig runs the REAL spawn script through bash with a fake dispatcher recording its environment: a literal-~ path sources (marker env lands), an absolute path rides byte-identical, and a fresh-import probe proves the constant-level expansion. README documents the behavior in the flags table + the genesis env-rule note.

Mission 2 — TT validation INFO hygiene. TT-V3 SHIPPED: at narrow widths the header collapses to the slim line, hiding #metawrap and with it the #rate refresh select — unreachable (the ◷ popover covers window + lineage only). The popover now carries a refresh section whose options derive from #rate's own option elements (the same derivation law as the window options) and whose picks apply through ONE setRate the select itself uses — CDP-smoke-proven at the real 500 px floor (section renders, off and 1 s picks land in localStorage + the select + the dot/now-button state). TT-V1/V2/V4 documented (mobile-deck section: override-load law already in v1.56.0 text + rig notes; genesis dialog internal scroll accepted; first-paint flake note).
