One final README gallery refresh reflecting the COMPLETED command deck (v1.27–v1.31), plus the accumulated v1.31 validation follow-ups.

Gallery (the core)

Every shot recaptured on the fixture world at EXACTLY 1177 px inner width — Xvfb real-window rig (headless cannot prove widths), calibrated via browser-level Browser.setWindowBounds from the observed innerWidth, --hide-scrollbars so the layout width equals innerWidth. The main dashboard shot shows the CURRENT shipped state: round-Y header groups, the push chip MINT ⚡ push live (the rig ran the real zcode-dispatch events bridge over a loopback mini broker), brain-glyph rows (masterbrain ⚡️🧠 + de-differentiated sub-brains 🧠), the dispatch strip trio, a hydration prediction, the usage graph and the favorites dock. Two NEW shots: docs/genesis-modal.png (the 🌱 review step — cwd+model+role+bell wiring summary) and docs/lineage-backbone.png (the delegation backbone in the History table).

Verification discipline: every PNG verified programmatically (exact pixel width, non-trivial byte size, sha256 differs from the old file); DOM-geometry probes logged at capture time in the rig (probes.jsonl) — push chip class live, glyph texts per row, strip chip classes, review-step contents, steer target line; fresh filenames used for any vision-tool check (CDN dedupe trap).

Documentation fixes

F-3: Installation curl bumped v1.23.0 → v1.32.0.
F-2 / PVY-1: every caption states the 1177 px width accurately (full-window shots) or says cropped (the strip element crop), and labels fixture data.
Push-feed section cutover wording updated to the live station state (bridge up, default URL in use).

VGF-1..5 (all required, all tested — suite 157 → 165)

VGF-1 GENESIS_SLUG_RE re-anchored with \Z: a trailing newline answers 400 (charset), never a shaped 404; newline case in test_slug_charset_enforced.
VGF-2 deterministic recreated-DB memo regression (equal size + equal max rowid + utime-pinned mtime move) — stale edges provably gone; 4-tuple identity asserted.
VGF-3 GenesisDoorbellLineageCase (and FamilyMapsCase, same trap) restore their setUp-patched module seams from import-time captures.
VGF-4 _DOORBELL_MEMO bounded: TTL eviction (ZDO_DOORBELL_MEMO_TTL_S, 1 h) + hard cap (ZDO_DOORBELL_MEMO_MAX, 32), oldest-seen first — both paths tested.
VGF-5 server-side promptFile must resolve under ~/.zcode/tmp/ (400 otherwise; symlink escapes classify resolved) — the spawn API never becomes an arbitrary-file-read oracle.

  longer passes the charset gate (400, never a shaped 404); newline
  case added to test_slug_charset_enforced.
- VGF-2: deterministic recreated-DB memo regression (same-size,
  equal-rowid, utime-pinned mtime) — stale edges provably gone, the
  4-tuple identity asserted.
- VGF-3: GenesisDoorbellLineageCase (and FamilyMapsCase, same trap)
  restore their setUp-patched module seams in tearDown from
  import-time captures.
- VGF-4: _DOORBELL_MEMO bounded — identities unseen for the TTL
  (ZDO_DOORBELL_MEMO_TTL_S, default 1 h) and over-cap identities
  (ZDO_DOORBELL_MEMO_MAX, default 32) evict on every access; both
  eviction paths tested.
