Delete branch "oss-oo/obs-restart-pattern-nkyw20260926"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Caught live during the v1.25.0 station rollout: the dashboard is launched as
zcode-observatory(the ~/.local/bin symlink), so theobservatory[.]pypgrep pattern in the restart script’s legacy fallback matched nothing and the old process kept holding port 8767. The pattern now matches both spellings (zcode-observatoryat an argv boundary ORobservatory.py) while the script’s own hyphenated path still fails both alternatives — the test pins exactly that. One-line functional fix + tightened test; everything else unchanged from v1.25.0.
