Ten missions, one polish congress (findings #17-reloaded, #19, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25, #26, #27, #28).

  • Z1: pinned rows carry archive+hide; departures auto-clear pin AND favorite (four-combination matrix, zero stale entries)
  • Z2: one chat copy — the waiting cards fold into the steer status line's hover
  • Z3: role glyphs in their own inline slot; new pink-family pinky glyph 🌸 across table/panel/drawer
  • Z4: lineage + usage panels default-collapsed (quota stays open); per-panel fold persistence
  • Z5: the archive API self-seeds the task row (atomic)
  • Z6: the pin-effect toggle (persisted, station state)
  • Z7: truthful two-state pace control (❄ guided pace / 🔥 FULL SPEED)
  • Z8: presence-aware OS echoes (focused tab = quiet, hidden = fires)
  • Z9: collapsed header = true one-line strip; expanded pixel-identical
