Predicts when externally appended messages (doorbells) become visible in an open desktop chat (per-session "hydrates between HH:MM and HH:MM", lower bound per PROTOCOL.md residency cycle, on-demand recipes in the tooltip, global header line). Adds deterministic project accent colors + legend, family dots and a sortable combined Parent column (native parent_id + doorbell edges, hover/jump), a mint-filled primary Show-response button, SVG pin states (aria-pressed), reasoning level in the steer target line, muted collapsed todo-update/system transcript classes with a hide switch, and workspace-sized modal/drawer.

Validation: 26/26 CDP checks on a fixture DB (2 projects, doorbell family parent+2 children ×2, hydration math proven against fixture timestamps, palette determinism across reloads, parent sorting/hover/jump, pin states, chips/filter, reasoning, modal widths at 1440/1366px); pinned Super-Linter slim-v8.7.0 EXIT 0; py_compile; social-preview byte-check. Evidence: /tmp/pinky-predict-evidence/.

Per-session "hydrates between HH:MM and HH:MM" prediction for idle sessions
with unseen external content — the 10-minute residency cycle from
zcode-dispatch's docs/PROTOCOL.md (open-chat refresh section), computed from
DB timestamps as a lower bound (interaction in ZCode postpones it; the
tooltip says so) with the on-demand reveal recipes and a global header line
fed from the same constants. Rows gain deterministic project accents
(native session.project_id → fixed 12-hue palette, directory fallback), a
collapsible project legend, family linkage (native session.parent_id plus
doorbell edges parsed from 🔔 stream doorbell parts, 15-char prefix resolved
unambiguously) shown as a family dot + sortable combined Parent column with
jump-to-parent and hover-family highlight, a mint-filled PRIMARY
show-response button, SVG pin states with aria-pressed, the steer target
line extended with the reasoning level, and transcript views that classify
harness-injected user messages (semantics-based, documented prefixes as
fallback) into muted collapsed "todo update"/"system" chips with a
per-surface hide switch — assistant side relabeled "agent", never user
green. The response modal becomes the primary work surface (~88vw capped
1560px, slim margins; drawer widened to match).
