The release skill now names Claude's own agent identity for laboratory API writes. Git pushes stay with the station token through askpass, as the fleet law says.

PRs, merges, releases and comments use secret-tool lookup service oss-oo-api user claude (write:issue and write:repository, verified 2026-10-27; read:user is still missing).
The owner's personal token and the ops admin token stay off limits.
The claude identity opens and merges this PR itself, as the first end-to-end use.
