The release skill follows fleet law v2 (owner decision 2026-10-27 11:25):

  • Commits and annotated tags carry claude <claude@agents.oss-oo.io> as author and committer (git -c user.name=claude -c user.email=claude@agents.oss-oo.io …), with the model trailer.
  • Pushes use the identity's own askpass (~/.config/git/oss-oo-claude-askpass.sh). The station askpass is the fallback only, and old commits are never rewritten.
  • The PR opens right after the push, because CI runs on pull_request. Waiting for CI before that cost 1.0.3 ten minutes.

This is the first commit of this repository made under v2, as claude. Docs only; the payload is unchanged.
