The measured way to Claude sessions: file inbox delivery (~/.zcode/tmp/claude-inbox/.inbox), doorman heartbeat + sha256-ack verdicts (delivered-steer/-start, queued-no-doorman/-offline, timeout, dropped, refused). Carrier downgraded to accepted-only. Lineage ledger rows on Claude deliveries. Issues #148 + #134 closed. Full hermetic suite with fake doorman.

- kiss backend claude-inbox: one [zai 📡] line appended to
  <OO_CLAUDE_INBOX_DIR>/<sessionId>.inbox (zai coat swapped, never
  double-wrapped); doorman heartbeat <inbox>.doorman.json (fresh
  ≤15 s) gates the bounded (~10 s) wait for a sha256-MATCHING
  <inbox>.ack JSON line.
- Sender verdicts (CONTRACT v1): delivered-steer / delivered-start
  (sha-matching ack; the only delivered), timeout (exit 5),
  queued-no-doorman / queued-offline (exit 3, the line always waits
  in the file — nothing is lost), refused (ambiguous, exit 1),
  inbox-error (exit 4). A registry-free full sessionId still lands
  its line but reads queued-offline.
- Env seam: OO_CLAUDE_INBOX_DIR (contract name) with the first
  draft's ZDO_CLAUDE_INBOX_DIR honored as an alias.
- The .96–.109 carrier path is DOWNGRADED: delivered-start/steered/
  accepted keep their class names but delivered is capped at
  accepted (issue #148 — the carrier process tree carries no foreign
  lines to the model, Claude's live measurement).
- Suite 3k-23: hermetic legs with a FAKE doorman — queued-no-
  doorman, delivered-steer (pre-seeded sha-matching ack), timeout
  (wrong-sha ack proves sha-truth), queued-offline (name + registry-
  free UUID, line still in file), OO_ env seam, zero-spawn tripwires
  (no codex, no claude CLI, no carrier turn). Carrier legs re-pinned
  to accepted-only. Suite green (SUITE_RC=0).
