HAMMER: the bundle-archaeology wave — AKTIV-TURN-INPUT semantics (SOFT never cancels, INTERRUPT always visible, ineffective stops re-queue honestly) + oauthmint.py, the headless OAuth mint (the access-cure building block per the authloc verdict: project-key-location mint). Val-hammer ACCEPT (A⁵-era stamp). Rebased onto v1.0.89; full station gate EXIT 0 (app_driver legs green + full suite OK).
