Three owner findings, one polish round.

    • M1 — the stale ✖ failure badge clears: the count is PER EPISODE (consecutive failures since the target's last success); a success closes the episode (sticky stamp + in-flight closure), a calm 'recovered after N failures' transient fades in its place. Live failures stay red; firing order decides.
    • M2 — the 🧠 prep-successor badge no longer overlaps the model label: it rides the row's spanning line (flex:none slot) instead of the 62 px ctx cell; CDP-proven disjoint at 1177 and 900.
    • M3 (S-45) — the Sessions header's status breakdown: ▶ running · ✓ completed · 🔔 unread · ✖ errored, one source of truth, full-table semantics (chips narrow the view only), S-43 lane-gated unread, honest-terminal errored.

Full suite 1014 green · Super-Linter green · hermetic CDP rig 17/17 at 1177 and 900 · install triple + live restart verified.

First-valid-wins key resolution: quota_zcode_provider_key now mirrors the applet chain exactly — the key lookup happens ONLY inside the FIRST candidate with a valid provider dict; a keyless-but-valid candidate yields empty, never the home default key. Only parse failure or a missing provider dict falls through, as the applet does.

Proof: reject-case fixtures, mutation-shape (old body fails the new legs), KKK set/unset legs green, applet chain re-executed byte-equal across all constellations.

    Two MasterBrain-cleared parked items.

K1 (EEE-V-ZCODEHOME): quota_zcode_provider_key now mirrors the applet's _zcode_providers chain byte-equivalently — ZCODE_HOME-set reads /config.json (no /v2) FIRST, the home default ~/.zcode/v2/config.json always follows; provider-dict fallthrough; non-dict entries read as no options. Pinned for BOTH ZCODE_HOME conditions + a station leg executing the applet's own resolution for comparison.

K2 (FV-6): the standing yamllint INFO on .forgejo/workflows/check.yml fixed at source (document-start marker, apt-get line split); zero findings under the Super-Linter lane config AND vanilla defaults.

The deck watches the watcher. The master session's door — the single point of failure of the whole orchestration — is now the deck's TOP-PRIORITY line in both header modes:

    • 🚪 master door: N bells unconfirmed (amber; red when a bell is stuck — no delivery, no queue entry) — completed children rang home at the lane master's door without a delivery receipt. Outranks every other warning; click jumps to that master's steer console.
    • 🚪 master door: healthy — every bell carried a delivery receipt.
    • 🚪 master door: no lane — honest absence, never a fake healthy.

The master resolves GENERICALLY from lineage data (own family root + children — never a hardcoded sid); the count is the bell ledger's honest receipt state (receipts drop it next poll; sub-brain doors, foreign doors and ancient noise never count).

Suite 971 green (16 new legs in tests/test_round_jjj.py); Super-Linter green; E2E cadence + CDP render rigs green.

Luck retires; math takes the wheel (steer #65).

    • D1/D2 — the z.ai monitor API (the panel applet's own endpoint + key chain) behind a 5 h + 7 d dual-window gauge: respectful background refresh, poll path cache-only, the existing time-to-empty ladder per window (covered-hours floor, refill-wins cap), strict key hygiene, honest unarmed fallback (manual ZDO_QUOTA_* model intact).
    • D3 — the self-throttle: ONE advisory steer per session per level-escalation per window-episode to active brain-class sessions (owner-model wording); the dispatcher's hard refusals remain the only enforcement.
    • D4 (S-42) — compact ⏉ ideal-window snap in the collapsed slim header (the existing snap path, idempotent at ideal).
    • D5 (S-43) — the owner-conversation lane gates owner-unread everywhere (obs- steer evidence with machine notices excluded; typed words vs task prompts proven).
    • D6 (HHH-V3) — the suite never writes the checkout root.

Running and History merge into ONE table (the owner's structural ruling). Status is a column, never a section; the natural order floats running rows to the top; filter chips (running/unread/brains) replace the second table; PINNING is table-global and position-stable across running↔terminal transitions. Archived keeps its collapsed section. Includes the III validation folds (F1/F2/F4/F6). Suite 913 green, Super-Linter green, CDP rig 29/29 (G1–G5 + S-41).

Dispatch acceptance is not running. Every observatory fire now records an expectation and a watcher joins it against reality: life (turn/churn/cmdline-proven dispatcher), honest terminals (receipt, completed, failed-with-reason), or LOUD silence past 30s+15s on the row, panel and slim line — with a gated once-per-episode nudge bell to the fleet master. Episodes clear honestly both ways; failures render their failure; everything expires. Folds: the CCC fixture de-timebomb (BBB validation) and the test_interrupt restore-order leak.
