    Six owner findings + the RRR F-1 fold — through the whole steer lifecycle the owner’s words are never lost, never silent, always honest.

    • S1: ONE copy-button language (the ⧉ standard everywhere; the 📋 clunker retired)
    • S2: queued steers render VISIBLY in the transcript surfaces (waiting items with age, marked queued-not-yet-delivered)
    • S3: terminal-failed steers show FAILED with a ONE-CLICK RETRY (re-fires the same promptFile)
    • S4: the died-at-starting watchdog (Popen-truth + file-truth finalize; the strip never marks an un-final state terminal)
    • S5: kill-cause dignity (the master kill-log read side dignifies presumed-dead rows)
    • S6: unread-while-open (content arriving on an open surface renders-and-reads)
    • S7: RRR F-1 fold (interrupt_probe lock diagnostics reach the owner)

    Evidence: 1150 offline tests green (38 SSS legs) + live rigs 26/26 API and 29/29 CDP gates.
