Root cause: the detector required a turn_usage running row that the app-server only writes at/after turn END — every genuinely-running session was refused by construction. v1.74.0 takes the honest evidence classes (turn-row / churn / driven), adds the stuck-row FREE path (the app-server's own user-cancel shape), the /proc starttime identity hop, trailing-slash cwd normalization, and visible feedback for every outcome — refusal reasons, rate-limit seconds, the 💀 chip as a one-click button.
