    Mission 1 (P1 roadmap lane): the lineage graph becomes an interactive SVG forest — pan (drag), zoom (wheel, to cursor, clamped) and reset (double-click / ⌖ fit), all by viewBox mutation only (no DOM re-render per frame); role / status / time-window filters recompute client-side; families past 12 sessions fold their non-running members into ONE aggregate node (running sessions always render individually); the replay scrubber reconstructs the fleet as of a past instant from what the DB + ledgers retain, with every approximation labeled. New read-only endpoint: /api/lineage/replay?at= (7-day honest horizon).

    Mission 2 (release-recipe truth): the asset convention is pinned to the cross-lane standard — versioned filename zcode-dispatch-observatory-vX.Y.Z.tar.gz, unversioned inner prefix (exactly git archive --prefix=zcode-dispatch-observatory/). The v1.37.0 asset was replaced retroactively to match. The README quick-start and verification recipe now document exactly this and were verified end-to-end against this release.
