    Ends the install-target name duality (PFV-1/PFV-2 from the v1.36.0 round).

    • install.sh ExecStart anchor: installing to a directory other than the rendered unit's ExecStart dir is refused (exit 3) before anything is written; --allow-target-change marks the deliberate repoint of a live install.
    • Short-name target warning: a target basename of exactly zcode-observatory earns a loud stderr warning naming the canonical target zcode-dispatch-observatory.
    • Stale-sibling warning: after install, a populated short-name sibling beside the target is reported loudly.
    • README: one-canonical-target section (file names vs install dirs — the restart script's FILENAME is never a target hint), install-triple + sibling verification recipe, release URL bumped.
    • Tests: 8 hermetic fake-HOME rigs executing the real install.sh (tests/test_install_guard.py); suite 326 green.

    The station migration (canonical dir repoint, unit + symlink, stale short dir removal) follows this release.
