Folded: WW-F1 (pass-2 SIGKILL re-verifies every child's cmdline hash), WW-F3 (the VV-4 brief pointer follows the serving port), WW-F4 (README test count). Suite: 716 tests green; E2E rigs + CDP 12/12 and 7/7 green.
