Steer #48 — nobody disappears from the family album.

The permanent lineage witness

Membership set (sids + cwds) built once per poll-cycle rebuild from the genesis redirect journal (created HOMES, never requestedPath), the genesis result files (sessionId + cwd) and the dispatch/bell/usage ledgers — merged into a learned lineage-album.json (env ZDO_LINEAGE_STATE_FILE) so no capped source (200 records each) can orphan a member.
Passes BOTH gates the buggy first_input stamp fell between: the SQL prefilter (idle rows past the 1 h lookback were never fetched) and the dispatched-evidence gate.
Running state stays driven by real turn/lock evidence; hand-renamed members stay dispatched-classified; exact-match joins only (trailing-slash normalized) — no widening (G3 matrix unregressed).

Steer #49 surface

A genesis-born member is permanently in the payload, so every mention resolves: a leftover quota-lane row click OPENS the session (deep-link window rescue included); the "outside the lookback or not dispatcher-driven" toast can no longer fire for a member.

XX-F02 folded

Dead-letter history appends ride the dispatcher locked seam: flock on stream-history.json.lock, torn-tolerant salvage read, dedupe, unique tmp + fsync + atomic replace — race-tested against a real dispatcher-disciplined appender process.

Evidence

Suite: 599 tests green (+15 round-YY: buggy/fixed stamp worlds, empty-cwd sid-only witness, no-widening matrix, prune-everything survival in-process AND in a fresh process, album write-once/fail-open, racing appender, dedupe/cap/torn-salvage).
Fixture CDP smoke (trusted input): member renders, running→idle transition, 100 h-old member quota-lane click opens the modal, window widens to all, error string NEVER fired, resembling-cwd decoy stays interactive-renamed.
Super-Linter station recipe: all six lanes green (and it caught real findings first — tripwire proven).
Live repro (post-merge install): sess_98c08cbf listed again.

LIFE. The permanent lineage witness (sid/cwd membership over the
genesis journal homes, the genesis result files and the dispatch/bell/
usage ledgers) passes both the SQL prefilter and the evidence gate the
buggy first_input stamp fell between; a learned album file
(lineage-album.json) keeps membership across every capped source's
prune and observatory restarts. Exact-match joins only (trailing-slash
normalized; requestedPath is not membership) — no widening.
