MICRO polish round (steer #35).

FOCUS/SEND breathing room: the ⏣ fold toggle sat flush against the right-aligned vertical Send strip (gap measured 0.0 px at 1177) — it now carries the console's 8 px rhythm (margin-right); the grid columns stay flush (the prompt's right edge still touches the tower, the documented state-invariant geometry). Collapsed, the margin resets so the restore bar keeps its full width.
Fixed EQUAL width for the toggle pair: ⏢ expand and ⏣ fold wear a fixed equal 36 px width (was glyph-hugging ≈27 px, content-derived) with centered glyphs — an evenly sized, comfortable click pair.
OO follow-ups accepted: OO-V1 documented (decay is the only clearing path of the slim unread stat — open+read never reaches the server); OO-V2 skipped with rationale (the 4-line no-DOM harness fallback in slimWinOptions — deriving would churn static HTML into JS-generated options).

G1 geometry (CDP at exactly 1177, fixture rig): gap fold→Send 0.0 → 8.0 px; toggle widths 27.2 → 36 px fixed equal (width delta 0); glyph centering dx = 0.0; spot boxes byte-identical before/after (textarea, status row, modal panel, header height, collapsed bar 997.8 px full width); fold/restore state-invariant.
