S-10 (owner live-test refinements): the collapsed prompt console now folds the STEER-ANSWER strip too — the whole input+answer region gives way to reading space — and the restore button becomes a FULL-WIDTH bar (no left-hugging sliver). The hidden strip keeps re-rendering; its "● new" unread state surfaces as a mint ● dot pinned right on the bar (tooltip names the count). Persistence/scroll semantics unchanged (zdo-prompt-collapsed).
S-11 (steer #23/#24): collapsible header — ⤓ at the far right of the feed controls folds the band to ONE slim line that is both the restore affordance (full-width click target) and a live quick-stats strip: running count · unread (blue-dot completions + unread steer answers) · canary ✓ · push live · quota % (hidden when unconfigured). ALERT PRECEDENCE: broken canary / offline bridge / presumed-dead / quota warn-critical-exhausted render as accent-colored ⚠/💀 wording left of the quiet stats; healthy stats stay dim. Stats update live while collapsed (every poll, push-chip and quota refresh; the poll/SSE machinery is untouched). State persisted (zdo-header-collapsed, house pattern); the expanded v1.33 band is untouched and re-proven at 1177.
S-12 (steer #25): ONE linear-gradient + background-clip:text on ONE wrapping element (h1.rbtitle) — both rainbow words render transparent glyphs so the SAME band flows continuously across the seam (the old per-word gradients both started red and broke the hue); "dispatch" keeps painting mint over the band. The slim header line reuses the class.
