Pinky DD: unread watermark for steer-driven sessions, session-scoped favorites, genesis reasoning picker (v1.34.0) #61

Three owner-reported fixes (originally steered into the CC round, never delivered — now a bounded fixes round).

S-5 — unread count missing for steer-driven sessions. Live-verified root cause: turns driven through the observatory steer spawn complete WITHOUT anyone writing the tasks-index row (sess_6a0aeeae: row 9.6 h stale while steers completed 58/104 min earlier) — the tasks-only unread approximation could never see them. Fix: _steer_unread_sessions() derives the same fresh-completion glow from the observatory own artifacts (STEER_DIR result files with terminal status + finishedAtUtc; stream-history steer deliveries), OR-red into unread_sessions() with the same decay window. Fixture-CDP repro: pre-fix the steer row shows no .badge.glow while the external row glows; post-fix both glow; decay verified with a short window.

S-6 — favorite star view-scoped. Two compounding seams: the favorite/pin/hide POSTs never dropped the cached sessions body (the post-toggle refresh read the stale pre-toggle body and reverted the toggle in-page), and the panel stars only re-synced on the global refresh cycle — which idles under a healthy-but-quiet push feed. Fix: flag POSTs drop the sessions-body cache entries; both surface opens re-sync the star; isFavorite consults the server-truth mirror. CDP repro pre-fix (stale-cache revert under a hermetic quiet SSE bridge) vs consistent post-fix, both directions.

S-7 — reasoning picker in the 🌱 New Session dialog. Compact select beside the model picker: default = the dispatcher config default_reasoning (max), options from ZDO_GENESIS_REASONING_OPTIONS > config reasoning_options > the documented ladder; review row added; chosen value rides the spawn argv as the eighth positional (empty positional omits --reasoning entirely — dispatcher default; hostile values stay inert argv passengers, tested).

Gates: suite 207 green (183 baseline + 24 new); Super-Linter station recipe green; fixture CDP smoke green incl. the 1177 px one-row header band + quota chip from v1.33.0.
