The MMMM validator's single REJECT, honored. All four §0 citation copies agreed with each other but deviated from the frozen authority by one relocated newline in clause (c): repo broke after 'Master-Flag ODER' (50+76), authority breaks after 'Owner-Aktivität' (65+60); words/spacing/314 bytes otherwise exact.

W1 — the reflow: observatory.py, dashboard.html, PREDICATE_FROZEN_A/_B now carry the authority's six-line structure byte-for-byte including line breaks (longest line 65 chars — fits every comment width; no re-wrap is ever justified).

W2 — the folded MINOR, per-line pins: PredicateVerbatimCase diffs every surface per line with named subTests ('§0 line i/6 on '), extracts the contiguous citation block from each source, and a new structure test pins the six-line shape (exactly 6 lines, longest 65, clause (c) after 'Owner-Aktivität', line 6 opens '≤2h', closes 'N=3.'). A future reflow fails a NAMED line, never a whole-block compare.

Evidence: bytecheck (the validator's own tool, reused): 4 copies + verbatim alias == authority, zero deltas (before/after transcript in the round dossier); tripwire: reverting the break in a scratch copy fails lines 5/6 + 6/6 by name. Suite 1688 (+1) OK skip=2 canonical invocation; Super-Linter six lanes green; check-version red pre-tag as expected (tag at ship).

The MMMM validator's reject, honored: all four §0 citation copies
(observatory.py, dashboard.html, PREDICATE_FROZEN_A/_B) agreed with
each other but deviated from the frozen authority by ONE relocated
newline in clause (c) — the repo broke after 'Master-Flag ODER'
(50+76), the authority breaks after 'Owner-Aktivität' (65+60);
words, spacing, and the 314-byte size were otherwise exact.

W1 — the reflow: all four copies now carry the authority's six-line
structure byte-for-byte, including line breaks (the longest line is
65 chars and fits every comment width in play; no re-wrap).

W2 — the folded MINOR, per-line pins: PredicateVerbatimCase now
diffs every surface PER LINE with named subTests ('§0 line i/6 on
<surface>'), extracts the contiguous citation block from each
source, and a new structure test pins the six-line shape itself
(exactly 6 lines, longest 65, clause (c) breaking after
'Owner-Aktivität', line 6 opening '≤2h' and closing 'N=3.') — a
future reflow fails a NAMED line, never a whole-block compare.

Bytecheck (validator's tool, reused): 4 copies + verbatim alias ==
authority, zero deltas, before/after in the round dossier.
Suite: 1688 (+1 structure test) OK skip=2. Lint: six lanes green.
NNNN follow-up: the seven hardcoded version pins ride the v1.97.0 bump

CI caught what my first suite run missed: the release bump updates
SERVER_VERSION AND the seven per-file version pins (the MMMM
discipline — its commit did the same for v1.96.0). My initial suite
gate ran BEFORE the bump, so the stale v1.96.0 pins passed; the CI
container (suite after bump) failed test_round_jjj's source pin.

Re-verified with the bump in place: full suite 1688 OK skip=2
(canonical invocation), and a python:3.12-slim CI-shape container
repro. The container additionally surfaces a PRE-EXISTING latent
flake, proven on VANILLA main 417db4e in the same container: five
sqlite 'UNIQUE constraint failed: message.id' errors from fixture
ids 'm-{sid[-6:]}-{at}' when consecutive inserts land in the same
millisecond on a fast machine — inherited from the fixture rounds,
timing-dependent (station 32s and CI's own 28s regime do not trip
it), and untouched by this round (no drive-by edits).
