The drawer congress (owner findings #52/#53/#54 + the anchor class + the folds), target v1.92.0.

#52 self-healing view: version handshake on the sessions poll — idle auto-reload, busy gets the subtle persistent pill, never a yank mid-interaction; per-version decline; once-per-version reload guard. CDP rig: 6/6 legs (pill within one poll busy, click-reload, idle auto-reload, decline quiet, census chip filters/counts 20→12→20, row-click stays in deck).
#53 one door: standing audit test pins exactly two sanctioned ZCode buttons, no template handler reaches the launch path, server spawns open_session.sh only under /api/open. Dispatcher-side notify_click action = documented cross-repo remainder (zcode-dispatch lane).
#54 census completes: residue (no-turn-state) chip always renders, counts, filters (states OR, lanes AND; states+residue=total).
Anchor class: 20 dead anchors rewritten to forge-slug form; standing slugifier test verified 83/83 against the live rendered heading ids; MD051 disabled in its favor (GitHub-slug model — the exact wrong convention for this forge).
Folds: FFFF-VF1 verified+pinned (landed with EEEE); EEEE-F1 env-name comment corrected; HHHH-V1 honest absent-rate cause; HHHH-V2 margin credits count above-floor.
Suite 1600 legs green; Super-Linter green on the final tree (tripwire-proven).

  a once-per-version reload guard (a stale cache replay degrades to
  the pill, never a loop). Rig-proven: pill within one poll busy,
  click-reload, idle auto-reload, decline quiet (6/6 rig legs).
- #53 one door, everywhere (extends #49): standing audit test pins
  the inventory — exactly the two interface ZCode buttons, no card/
  row/popover/shortcut reaches the launch path, the server's only
  open_session.sh spawn under /api/open. The dispatcher-side
  notify_click 'Open in ZCode' action is the documented cross-repo
  remainder (zcode-dispatch lane).
- #54 the census completes: the residue (no-turn-state) class is a
  full census citizen — always rendered, counts AND filters per the
  #13 algebra (states + residue = total, always).
- The anchor class killed: 20 dead README in-page anchors rewritten
  to the real forge-slug form; tests/test_readme_anchors.py carries
  the standing slugifier (verified 83/83 vs the live rendered ids) —
  MD051 (GitHub-slug model) disabled in its favor.
- Folds: FFFF-VF1 (turn-retry refuses dismissedAt — landed with
  EEEE) verified + pinned; EEEE-F1 the guardian env-name comment
  corrected (ZCODE_DISPATCH_CONFIG_DIR); HHHH-V1 the absent-rate
  label names no wrong cause; HHHH-V2 the margin credits phrase
  counts above-floor (remaining − floor).
- Suite: 1600 legs green (tests/README inventory rebaselined);
  Super-Linter green on the final tree (tripwire-proven rig).
