The live SSE-storm trio exposed the delivered-at anchor: casualty C's bell rang 31,000 s late, so all three real casualties (#40's exact sessions) read as unrelated deaths on the live v1.86.0. The death basis is the bell's SPAWN stamp — B and C (7 min apart) now carry storm-class; A stays unrefined (39 min clear). Regression leg pins the exact live stamps. Full suite 1459 green.
