#39/#40/#41 — the doctrine lands.

• C1 (#39) liveliness-first: live_process_signals() reads /proc cmdline truth (--cwd / --resume sid / --out sessionId / app-server cwds / provider-TCP 443-8443) — install-independent (the live casualty: a brain worktree dispatcher holds locks the lock seam can never see). A process-proven row stays running and exempt from presumed-dead (dead-process + stale-everything, BOTH required); quiet past THINKING_QUIET_MS renders run·thinking riding the Laufzeit (single-line); vitals turns-in-flight carries the thinking subset; signals ride the poll-cache source key.
• C2 (#40) derived states: zero-turn-row corpses get evidence-backed badges (bell-ledger child verdict > dispatch-ledger terminal > kill-log prefix > lost (no record)) + a timestamp-cluster storm-class refinement; lost reads stuck in lane vitals; healed rows (A4 reconciler) resolve natively.
• C3 (#41) receipt-chasing: since dispatcher v1.0.53 receipts fingerprint the ANNOTATED prompt — the raw-probe join never matched, so a delivered steer rendered pending forever (byte-proven on the live 00:57 hallo? receipt). The join now also matches fingerprint_core; the receipts ledger rides the source key.

Gate: 35 suite legs + full 1458 green; Super-Linter green on the final tree; 14-leg acceptance rig (real live fake dispatcher, storm pair, mid-poll receipt flip).

C2 (#40): derived_death_states() — sessions with NO terminal row get
an evidence-backed badge (bell-ledger child verdict > terminal
dispatch-ledger row > kill-log prefix match > 'lost (no record)'),
a timestamp-cluster 'storm-class' refinement (>=2 evidenced deaths
inside STORM_CLUSTER_MS), rendered through the ONE state resolver;
'lost' reads stuck in lane vitals, evidenced deaths rest; healed
rows (A4 reconciler, turns>0) resolve natively.

C3 (#41): the receipt join ALSO matches the dispatcher's
annotation-immune fingerprint_core (since v1.0.53 the send-ack
receipts fingerprint the ANNOTATED prompt — byte-verified against
the live 00:57 'hallo?' forensic); the receipts ledger rides the
poll-cache source key; every receipt surface derives from the one
_steer_receipt seam.

tests/test_round_cccc.py: 35 legs; rig: 14 legs green.
