B1 (#35) refusal-snap: provider-refusal deaths (1308/ratelimited, delta modelErrors) snap the quota display to exhausted within seconds - ledger scan, forward-only TTL stamp, refusedAtMs on /api/quota, chip/panel/slim-line snap + forced monitor refresh + adaptive 60s deep-amber cadence.

B2 (#36) cancel-means-cancel: the open-in-ZCode confirmation CANCEL genuinely aborts - no /api/open POST, no zcode:// dispatch; the row title is exclusively the launch affordance (no response-modal piggyback).

B3 (#37) flower pruning: pinky glyph = the wolf again; brain family untouched.

B4 (#38) one-line badge: compact run wording + nowrap/ellipsis at any runtime length.

Evidence: 33 new legs (tests/test_round_bbbb.py), full suite 1423 green (version-guard pending its tag), Super-Linter green on the final tree, hermetic CDP rig 8/8 legs (refusal snap 1.9s body / 0.5s page; cancel spawns nothing).
