  • A1 (#30) Laufzeit: running rows show the elapsed runtime of the running turn (running · 14m), ticking live via a 1s ticker off the server turnStartMs (newest user message, coalesced with an orphaned running turn row); turnPaceMs (median of completed turns) paces the elapsed amber/red; clock-free cached markup.
  • A2 (#33) the anchor's quiet: the dispatcher's [steer: sent · delivered] line hides from chat render and copy; its facts ride the timestamp hovertext; echo reconciliation compares the anchor-stripped body.
  • A3 (#34) the three-card reconciliation: ONE story per steer — words provably in the transcript (receipt or transcript proof) while the turn died render a single delivered · turn died () card with TURN-RETRY (canonical continue nudge, never re-sends the message); error echoes whose words landed re-confirm (anti-twin).
