feat: glowing unread badges, README screenshot, robust stamp

Unread completions GLOW their completed badge (pulsing blue box-shadow) — replaces the separate dot, unread at a glance.
docs/screenshot.png in the README: fixture-data showcase (one running session, three glowing unread completions, mixed history; fake session names only). Captured headless with a virtual-time budget.
connection lost only after two consecutive failed refreshes (aborted in-flight polls no longer flash the warning).

- Unread sessions now GLOW their completed badge (pulsing blue
  box-shadow) instead of showing a separate dot — unread at a glance
- docs/screenshot.png: README showcase shot with fixture data (one
  running session, three unread completions glowing, mixed history;
  fake session names only, no real data) — captured headless with a
  virtual-time budget
- 'connection lost' stamp only after two consecutive failed refreshes
  (a single aborted in-flight poll no longer flashes the warning)
