feat: notification mute switch + session deep links

Header toggle for zcode-dispatch desktop notifications: flips the marker file (~/.config/zcode-dispatch/notifications-muted, env ZCODE_DISPATCH_MUTE_FILE overrides) honored by zcode-dispatch >= v0.1.6; state syncs into the UI on every refresh.
Click a session title to open it in ZCode: POST /api/open spawns open_session.sh (from PATH) detached - task-index seeding first, then the workspace deep link; if the helper is missing, the API returns a zcode:// fallback the browser opens directly.

Boot-verified: toggle round-trip creates/removes the marker; /api/open invokes the helper with the session id (fake-helper test); JS syntax check; Super-Linter green.

- Hidden sessions get their own subsection (with per-row unhide and
  an unhide-all button) instead of only a global restore button
- All three tables (running/history/hidden) paginate with a page-size
  selector (10/20/50/100) and first/prev/next/last controls; the view
  state survives the 3 s auto-refreshes
- Columns Name, Status and Last activity are sortable (click to
  toggle asc/desc)
- API: /api/sessions now also returns the hidden list; new
  /api/unhide {id} endpoint for per-row restore
