The shared home now uses the approved transparent neon SVG in its small header and favicon, while the original halo avatar anchors the hero, footer and social preview. The refined outline and four thin symmetric gradient spokes preserve contrast on light and dark backgrounds.

All favicon sizes are exported from the same SVG, including the multi-size ICO, Apple icon and web manifest. Content-based icon URLs ensure browsers can pick up the new artwork. The custom 404 page retains its complete source contract apart from those explicit icon URLs. Canonical assets are synchronized in OSS-Singularity/oss-singularity #2.

Validation: user-approved A/B/C previews; deterministic SVG/social and favicon exports; independent artwork/source review; 20 normal and 20 optimized identity tests; required Forge CI 108 passed for 6a2975d941a21938e6f4e6cce48de78cd48cdc36. The independently reviewed final change only updates the 404 test oracle for the four content-bound icon URLs.

Public deployment follows integration through the separately admitted publisher.
