Connect now gives visitors a concrete first route from Singularity to the real Website project in the Laboratorium: discover its purpose, understand public sources, prepare a contribution draft and return through a versioned project brief.

The brief records exact source baselines, decisions and reasons, proposed work, acceptance criteria, open evidence and the next action. It reuses existing mission/project exports and ordinary repository review. The page adds no account requirement, backend, JavaScript, styles or assets, and makes no claim of a completed contribution or available plugin-directory release.

Validation: the repository baseline and existing UI suites pass. Independent source/brief-only re-entry review and desktop/mobile, dark/bright, keyboard, reduced-motion and no-JavaScript browser checks passed on the initial candidate. The final three-line refinement shortens visible caveats and pins the reader to its accepted Main commit; its repository checks and narrow independent revalidation pass. The final commit is independently accepted without blockers. Publication remains a separate Root operation.
