The project brief still describes the Connect entry as proposed after its protected integration and verified publication. Record the actual PR 29 decision, Run 14 publication and bounded public-only AI reading exercise in an additive dated continuation. Preserve the original Proposed exports and identify one draft-only non-software project brief as the next step.

Validation: repository baseline, boundary/history, whitespace, public links and original-export identity checks pass. The generated static payload remains unchanged. Independent final review accepted the exact head with no actionable findings. Native required CI remains the integration gate.
