Problem and resulting behavior

New contributors need a practical way to turn an idea into a useful, reviewable contribution with an AI agent. This guide connects the existing project entry points to choosing a task, providing context, checking sources and handing off the result, with research, art and wording examples alongside software work.

The documentation also records a real fresh-agent continuation and updates project brief revision 3. The change is limited to four documentation files.

Verification

Repository baseline and site-boundary checks passed. A separate native AI reviewer accepted the complete change and both bounded corrections. Root checked the final documents, exact four-file scope, immutable source history and remote head 3fec7e031761fcacbccb15af508cd064120c8143 (tree a7ae002adf82c318c95a9e51465ba22bc189d330).

Scope and limitations

AI authorship and review are explicit; human usability testing remains open. The existing Workshop form's Atlas-category ambiguity remains a separate editorial follow-up.

Integration should retain the author and continuation commits through the permitted protected fast-forward path, so the continuation record's pinned source remains in main's history. This PR records the delegated maintainer integration decision; it does not constitute human usability testing.
