Release preparation for PDrive 0.9.3 on top of the merged conflict round (5ae9008).

  • Version bump to 0.9.3: VERSION, bin/pdrive-ui VERSION, bin/pdrive-state TOOL_VERSION, plus the prettier-3.5.3 re-alignment of the Preferences table in docs/OPERATIONS.md (MD060 fix).
  • Apply the configured ruff formatting (.github/linters/.ruff.toml, line-length 120) to bin/pdrive-state, bin/pdrive-ui and tests/test-draft-recovery.py — the three Python sources the conflict round left drifted. Mechanical only (33 lines, string-content preserving).
  • Add docs/releases/release-0.9.3.json: the release receipt with local gates, CI facts and user-facing notes.

Evidence:

  • make check green on the exact pushed tree (re-run after every source change, final run after the formatting fix).
  • Super-Linter slim v8.7.0 with the project's own 13-lane flag set green on a snapshot of the pushed tree. The first run caught a real PYTHON_RUFF_FORMAT drift in the three Python sources above; it was fixed at the source with the image's own ruff 0.15.17 under the project's configured style and the full gate re-ran green.
  • Payload CI: Checks / Functional checks success on PR #7 run 24 (head 6da667d) and PR #8 run 25 (head fbf2652), and on the main push runs 26 (79983d2) and 27 (5ae9008).
