Laboratory sections for the project skills (laboratory migration, part 4)

Documents the chain executed for the 2.0.3 laboratory release so the next release is a pure runbook walk:

  • active-window-highlight-release: the authoritative laboratory chain (Forgejo API PRs, CI polling via actions/tasks filtered by head_sha, merged==true GET verification before branch delete, payload build from the exact merged main with package.py receipt, locally created annotated tag, curl -X POST -T asset upload with byte-identical round-trip, live ReloadXlet proof). The GitHub-era sections stay as historical reference; the Spices submission (PR #1150) is marked parked pending the owner's unflag decision.
  • active-window-highlight-live-sync: adds the verified same-uuid reload — after install.sh, Cinnamon keeps the old code until a targeted org.Cinnamon.ReloadXlet "<uuid>" "EXTENSION"; never restart the session.
