    First release of the Claude-house transport.

    • oo-claude send: one line into a running Claude Code session's inbox file; a doorman running as the session's own MCP child carries it into the running turn (contract v1: heartbeat, ack with sha256, classes delivered-steer / delivered-start / queued-no-doorman / queued-offline / timeout / dropped / refused).
    • oo-claude resume: one bounded headless turn into a sleeping session (never a running one: held-by-session).
    • oo-claude start: a new headless session with the doorman injected (--no-doorman, --user-mcp, --systemd).
    • oo-claude read, sessions, riders, lineage, doctor.
    • 104 hermetic tests; live proofs in the repository's evidence; two fresh reviews folded.

    Install: ./install.sh --target ~/tools/oo-claude; register the doorman for every new session: claude mcp add --scope user claude-inbox -- /usr/bin/python3 -I ~/tools/oo-claude/libexec/doorman.py --mcp.

    Measured law (2026-10-30): a Claude Code session's door carries a line only from its own process tree — hence the doorman as the session's own MCP child.
