Measured once 2026-10-28 03:49 by the neighbour session with the owner's yes: a turn that oo-appserver send started on a second Luna thread (not open in the ChatGPT app) ran as delivered-app-start (ack 551 ms, turn 01a18069-c830-7a60-8270-3693467911f3), and read_thread inside that turn answered.
