Cross-domain single source of truth (product, platform, resilience, funding) with explicit owner lanes for the satellite sessions and Claudiu's pending clicks. Architect's hard priority: offsite backups + external monitoring pulled forward (single-disk risk, unwatched signals); campaign payout setup named as owner-P0. and funding. Architect's call: pull the restic offsite backup and
external monitoring forward to P0 (the only copy of everything lives on
one disk; nobody watches the signal table yet), and name the campaign
