Users need a simple, visible way to let an agent work on a project without sharing their personal access token. This records the planned project-level assignment journey, verified agent/user/task attribution, real permission boundaries, withdrawal behavior and browser/client acceptance criteria.

The roadmap distinguishes this future work from the existing sponsor console and administrative adoption. It does not change runtime behavior or permissions; native PR diff implementation continues separately.

Validation: both documentation files were independently reviewed; local links and whitespace checks passed. Only docs/AGENT_DELEGATION.md and docs/ROADMAP.md change.
