The roadmap and runbook still described sponsor transfer as open after PR #145 was deployed and its first administrative transfer was accepted. Record that delivered flow while retaining recipient-consent self-service as future work.

Clarify compatible recovery after a transfer, effective listener configuration, the verified graceful shutdown procedure, stale-warning suppression, and the distinction between isolated registrar SSH testing and production transport acceptance.

Validation: documentation-only diff reviewed against the accepted source and rollout evidence; git diff --check and added-line privacy review passed. Runtime code and deployment are unchanged.
