Record Laboratory #122 in the central post-migration intake and roadmap, including its exact source revision, documentation-only status, open design questions and proposed acceptance work. PVE1 migration retains priority.

The proposal starts with read-only Actions check explanation. Optional reruns remain conditional on a reviewed server-side identity, permission, atomic-operation and recovery contract. Native execution, commit status, branch policy and publication remain separate. No candidate runtime implementation is applied.

Validation: all four received documents and retained API metadata reviewed; a separate SOL6.1/HIGH intake review supplied the exact scope; three documentation files changed; git diff whitespace checked. Native PR CI remains required before integration.
