Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Record federated project preservation as a later ecosystem expansion, after the current platform is complete, proven in our own operation and accepted as a product. The proposal covers selective organization/project admission, independently recoverable copies, user control, supporting operators and Ceph as a candidate to evaluate later.
The design note distinguishes retention, verified recovery and writable failover; security, key management and peer withdrawal require a future reviewed design. The editorial line remains a draft. No current deployment or feature implementation is included.
Validation: independent documentation review with no findings, both relative links verified and git diff --check passed. Changes are limited to two Markdown documents; no runtime or container code changed.
